Framework agreement for the supply of Medicines, for 110 lots, according to Annex 1: The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification or additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
