France – Railway traffic control software development services – Etude, développement, mise en service et déploiement d'un système Coeur Produit Poste de Commandes Centralisées Nouvelle Génération (Coeur Produit PCC NG)

This contract notice concerns the study, development, and commissioning of a Centralised Control Post New Generation Software Core (Centralised Control Post Core NG or Centralised Control Post Product Core) and its implementation on Paris Metro lines 6, 8, 7, 7bis, 10, and 2. The project aims to have a generic and instantiable product for each metro line through parameterisation and configuration, allowing RATP to manage functional and technical developments throughout its lifecycle. It is expressly understood that RATP may ultimately deploy the Centralised Control Post Product Core on other lines of its network. In this logic of mastering the lifecycle and the evolutions that could be brought to the Centralised Control Post Product Core, RATP also wishes to acquire a qualification and training bench. This contract will take the form of a framework agreement with order forms, including a minimum and maximum amount. The framework agreement, which is the subject of this contract notice, will be concluded for a period of 155 months from the date indicated as the start of services in the 1st Order of Delivery and Service (ODS), or failing that, from the notification of the 1st ODS.
