The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of eggs in 2027 – including unloading in the warehouses of the 32nd Military Economic Unit located in military complexes in the area of operation of the 32nd Military Economic Unit in Zamość: Zamość, Lublin, Chełm, Hrubieszów in the scope of 4 (four) parts. PART 1: successive deliveries of eggs, ul. Wojska Polskiego 2F, 22-400 Zamość. PART 2: successive deliveries of eggs, ul. Zbigniewa Herberta 49, 20-468 Lublin, ul. Droga Męczenników Majdanka 70, 20-325 Lublin. PART 3: successive deliveries of eggs, ul. Lubelska 139, 22-100 Chełm. PART 4: successive deliveries of eggs, ul. Dwernickiego 4, 22-500 Hrubieszów. CPV Code: 03142500-3 eggs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT SUBJECT. The detailed description of the contract subject in the scope of part no. 1, part no. 2, part no. 3, part no. 4, specifies: 1) Minimum quality requirements in the scope of part no. 1, part no. 2, part no. 3 and part no. 4 – constituting Annex No. 1. The assortment and quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 1, part no. 2, part no. 3, part no. 4 specify: 1) The assortment and quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 1 – constituting Annex No. 2a to SWZ; 2) The assortment and quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 2 – constituting Annex No. 2b to SWZ; 3) The assortment and quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 3 – constituting Annex No. 2c to SWZ; 4) The assortment and quantity list for individual delivery points in the scope of part no. 4 – constituting Annex No. 2d to SWZ; NOTICE! The Contracting Authority will present as annexes the assortment and quantity lists for individual delivery points for parts no. 1, 2, 3, 4 packed in one ZIP file. This ZIP file will be placed on the procurement platform in the "Annexes to the procedure" tab as Annex No. 2 to SWZ. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY REGARDING DELIVERY 1. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the option right (option right - 100% of the basic order) within the scope not exceeding the assortment and quantity contained in the annex, to the contract column "SCOPE OF OPTION RIGHT". 2. The final quantity of food purchased under the option right will depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority and the financial resources available to it. 3. Food purchased under the option right must meet all the requirements as for the guaranteed order. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves that the part of the order defined as "option right" is an entitlement, and not an obligation of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may not exercise the option right, in particular in the event of not obtaining financial resources for this purpose, and no claims shall accrue to the Contractor on this account, which the Contractor accepts by signing this agreement. 5. The Contracting Authority guarantees that orders will be placed within the framework of the basic order for the delivery of goods at a level not lower than 30% of the gross value of the Agreement, as referred to in § 4(4) of the template agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The implementation of the Agreement in the remaining scope will depend on the actual needs of the recipients resulting from the variable number of persons entitled to food and the financial resources allocated for this purpose. 6. No claims for compensation shall accrue to the Contractors for the failure to place and implement orders by the Contracting Authority at a level higher than 30% of the maximum gross value of the Agreement for the basic order. 7. In the event of the Contracting Authority exercising the option right, the Contractors will be entitled to remuneration according to the unit prices as for the guaranteed order. 8. The total scope of the option right has been described in the template agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 9. The assortment and quantity list for individual warehouses of the 32nd Military Economic Unit located in military complexes in the area of operation of the 32nd Military Economic Unit in Zamość – delivery points has been presented in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
