Public procurement for the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) is being tendered to ensure the safe operation and delivery of heat from the Contracting Authority's district heating network, including repairs and replacement of cladding and insulation of district heating pipes, as well as repairs and replacement of cladding and insulation of valves, compensators and fixed points of district heating pipes, based on the needs of the Contracting Authority.
