Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 28 - Hepatitis-B-Immunglobulin (ATC-Code J06BB04)

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin (ATC Code J06BB04). The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, and uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.11.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.10.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract will automatically terminate at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity.
