4.1. The subject of the contract is “Fulfilling the function of an investment supervision inspector for the implementation of a small mountain retention task in the Andrychów Forest District”. 4.2. Small retention refers to actions improving the water retention capacity in small natural and artificial reservoirs and its impoundment in riverbeds, streams, canals, and ditches for later feeding into the environment. The aim of implementing the construction investment based on the project documentation will primarily be to improve the moistening of forest soils, change the unfavourable, rapid surface water runoff from forest areas to a slowed-down runoff, diversify forest ecosystem elements, and have a beneficial impact on biological diversity. 4.3. Names and codes related to the subject of the contract are defined according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 71000000-8 – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services 71520000-9 – Construction supervision services 4.4. The contracting authority has divided the contract into two parts: 1) Part 1 02-01-1.1-01 - Reconstruction of the Jawiszowice reservoir on the Różany stream together with the reconstruction of the culvert in the Polanka Wielka Forest District 02-01-1.1-02 - Reconstruction of the forest reservoir named Karczownik 02-01-1.1-03 - Reconstruction of the reservoir in compartment 61j in the Tłuczań Forest District 02-01-1.1-04 - Reconstruction of the forest pond complex in the Nidek Forest District 2) Part 2 02-01-1.2-01 - Comprehensive task - restoring functions to wetland areas in the Las Bulowicki forest complex 02-01-2.2-01 - Construction of dykes 02-01-1.2-02 - Creation of a wetland area in the old riverbed of the Szybówka stream 02-01-2.2-02 - Construction of fords in the Złota Górka forest complex 02-01-2.2-03 - Anti-erosion development of unused ski run trails in the Złota Górka forest complex. The contractor may submit a bid for one or both parts. 4.5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ.
