The subject of the contract is the supply to the Contracting Authority of universal jackets, softshell shirts, field uniforms, and universal trousers, hereinafter also referred to as the "subject of the contract", divided into 3 (three) tasks (parts) in connection with which the Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following: 1) Task No. 1 – universal jackets; 2) Task No. 2 – softshell shirts; 3) Task No. 3 – field uniforms, universal trousers. 2. The assortment, quantity, and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are indicated in the Subject of the Contract Description, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. REVERSE PROCEDURE! ONLY THE CONTRACTOR OF THE HIGHEST RATED OFFER WILL BE INVITED! On the basis of Article 139(2) of the Act, before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority will invite the Contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, to submit, within the specified deadline, a declaration that it was not excluded and met the conditions for participation in the procedure on the date of submission of the offer.
