1. The subject of the order is the supply of professional clothing for the employees of the Wojewódzkie Wielospecjalistyczne Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika in Łódź. 2. The procedure covers one lot. 3. An offer must be submitted for all items in a given lot for it to be valid. The contracting authority does not allow offers to be submitted for items within a lot. The contracting authority has specified a detailed description of the subject of the order and the mandatory conditions that must be met by the subject of the order in the annexes 2, 2A, 2B, 2C and in the contract template.
