- Transport of parcels <30kg

- Collection of parcels from multiple points in France, but mainly from 2 points located in Gennevilliers (92) and Châteauroux (36)

- Delivery of parcels in accordance with defined deadlines

- Ability to deliver to agencies with restricted opening hours for some, to construction sites and to subcontractors

- Delivery with hand-to-hand delivery of the parcel to the recipient

- Respect for the integrity of the goods

- Parcel tracking tool

- Provision of tracking information for integration on the internal client portal GRDF

- Reporting of KPIs

- Regular review of results

The documents to be submitted:

Member of the group fills in the DC1 form, and provides the information or documents requested by the buyer.

A02: DC2 form, containing all the information and documents requested under the sections. In the event of a split, this document must be provided for each of the lots of the consultation. In the event of a joint bid, it is provided by each member of the group.

A03: Powers authorising the signatory to commit the individual candidate or each member of the group (commitment power).

A04: Tax regularity certificate.

A05: Social regularity certificates.

A06: Professional liability insurance certificate, covering the professional activities related to the subject of the consultation. (Liability certificate).

A07: Registration (SIREN number).

A08: Tax returns for the last 3 years.

A09: Certificate of non-conviction.

A10: DUME (if no DC1/DC2).

A12: Copy of the judgment opening the judicial reorganisation and the business continuity plan, if the candidate is subject to such a procedure.

A13: The response framework "26-TPIT-056_response framework for tender" duly completed in Word format & the Excel sheet "26-TPIT-056 Framework responses P-gaz ecofi questions" in the expected responses concerned.

A14: DC4 form, if applicable.
