The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialist research equipment for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw, divided into 4 parts: Part 1: Delivery of a DLS particle analyser for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) Part 2: Delivery of a rheometer for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) Part 3: Delivery of a universal testing machine for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) Part 4: Delivery of a UV-VIS spectrophotometer for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) 2. The delivered equipment must meet the requirements regarding its technical condition, completeness, and equipment, specified for the individual parts of the contract. Part 1: Delivery of a DLS particle analyser for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) a) Delivery, installation and commissioning of a used DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering) particle analyser with zeta potential measurement function, of a production year no earlier than 2021, with necessary equipment and cabling. b) The device must be complete and fully technically operational. On the day of delivery, the Contractor will transfer the necessary documentation, including the Certificate of Technical Fitness issued by the authorised service of the manufacturer. Part 2: Delivery of a rheometer for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) a) Delivery, installation and commissioning of a brand new, unused rheometer, with necessary equipment and cabling. b) The device must be complete and ready for use. On the day of delivery, the Contractor will transfer the necessary technical documentation and user instructions. Part 3: Delivery of a universal testing machine for the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Warsaw (1 unit) a) Delivery, installation and commissioning of a used universal testing machine, of a production year no earlier than 2019, with necessary equipment and cabling. b) The device must be complete and fully technically operational. On the day of delivery, the Contractor will transfer the necessary documentation, including the Certificate of Technical Fitness issued by the authorised service of the manufacturer.
