The present call for projects aims to select an operator wishing to occupy areas of its public domain in order to install and operate photovoltaic canopies for the production and valorisation of electricity in the Western Basins of the GPMM. The present consultation therefore does not aim to select an operator to whom the GPMM would entrust the execution of works, the supply of supplies, the provision of services, or the management of a public service mission that would meet a need of the GPMM in return for a consideration. It will therefore not result in the conclusion of a public procurement contract, but in a contract authorising the occupation of the public domain, subject to the provisions of the general code of public property.
