Consultancy services are to be procured from freelance professionals for the determination of needs and the provision of needs at Federal properties abroad as part of the project preparation. Consultancy services are also to be procured for the formulation of user, operator, or client requirements for buildings and technical installations in the form of guidelines or sample plans. For the execution of simple construction measures according to Section D RBBau at these properties under the responsibility of the Federal Foreign Office (BfAA), planning services from freelance professionals in the field of structural engineering and earthquake safety are necessary. A framework agreement with up to 5 contractors with a duration of 7 years is to be tendered for this purpose.
