The subject of the contract is the construction of the Electronic National Register of Transport Information, which will serve as a national access point in accordance with "Directive (EU) 2023/2661 of the European Parliament and of the Council, amending Directive 2010/40/EU on the framework for the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems in the field of road transport and for interfaces with other modes of transport" (hereinafter "Directive (EU) 2023/2661) and related delegated regulations (Delegated Regulations 885/2013, 886/2013, 2022/670 and 2024/490), which is to represent a single access point for data users to static, historical, observed and dynamic traffic data and transport information on various modes of transport according to the aforementioned directive and related delegated regulations.
