Description

The contract concerns the analysis of the technical definition provided by the CEA and the demonstration of the ability of this definition to achieve the specified performances, as well as the production, controls and qualification of an X-ray diagnostic optical unit (X-ray mouse imager) of the LMJ. This optical unit consists, in particular, of two double-mirror measurement paths, each composed of a flat mirror and a toroidal mirror, inserted under secondary vacuum. The scope of the service is as follows: - the study and production of the opto-mechanical sub-assemblies of the BOX including the mechanical part of the optical unit and the optical part of the optical unit, - the integration and pre-alignment of the BOX on a specific visible optical bench to be defined by the contractor, - assistance with the qualification of the BOX on an X-ray generator on site at CEA, - handling equipment and configuration tools, - the associated documentary deliveries. The contract is divided into: a firm part comprising the analysis of the definition file provided by the CEA as well as the detailed optical and mechanical justifications allowing the validation of all the desired performances to be demonstrated; an optional part comprising the production, factory acceptance and on-site qualification of the BOX and support means, the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for its production; additional optional parts relating to BOXs of similar design also integrating X-ray mirror imaging paths.
