The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory-new medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle. 4.3. General requirements for the subject of the contract: 1) delivery of a factory-new medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle – hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle”, 2) provision of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 3) provision, together with the order, of the required operating instructions in Polish and a complete set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 4) training of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the use of the vehicle and equipment that is the subject of the contract. The Contractor bears the costs of all materials necessary to conduct the training. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of the minimum required technical and operational parameters of the factory-new fire-rescue vehicle, is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
