The subject of the procurement is the awarding of framework agreements for sampling and laboratory analysis to uniquely define the properties of waste and to properly classify the waste for Stromnetz Berlin GmbH. The analyses must comply with the currently applicable legal requirements and the specific requirements of the contracting authority. The analysis results will also be used to create risk assessments, to determine occupational safety measures, and to identify relevant pollutants. An approximate quantity of 600 samples with various corresponding analyses per year is assumed. An annual increase of 10% is expected. With regard to the maximum total volume relevant to public procurement law, a total of 2.6 million EUR is expected over the entire contract period of 4 years (including options) for all contractors. The contract area covers the Berlin state border; in individual cases, there may be construction projects in the state of Brandenburg near the Berlin city border.
