Netherlands – Tree-maintenance services – Boomonderhoud -renovatie en -veiligheidscontrole

The Contracting Authority intends to contract 3 contractors per lot based on a framework agreement. Further orders will be placed per lot. Lot 1: Tree renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 2: Tree maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 3: Tree safety inspection Amstelveen & Aalsmeer. See the Invitation to Tender with the accompanying annexes. The Contract concerns:

• A multi-year framework agreement for Lot 1: Tree renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;

• A multi-year framework agreement for Lot 2: Tree maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;

• A multi-year framework agreement for Lot 3: Tree safety inspection Amstelveen & Aalsmeer.

The total estimated value of the contract to be awarded is € 8.620.000 exclusive of VAT. This amount is based on the expected take-up during the initial term and the extension options, with a maximum contract duration of four (4) years. The expected distribution is:

• Lot 1: € 4.550.000, exclusive of VAT;

• Lot 2: € 3.550.000, exclusive of VAT;

• Lot 3: € 520.000, exclusive of VAT.

This distribution is indicative only. The amounts per framework agreement do not include any turnover or take-up guarantee. The actual distribution may change during the term, depending on the nature and extent of the work. Once the joint maximum value of € 8.620.000 exclusive of VAT is reached, the agreements will end by operation of law and no further orders will be placed, even if the maximum term has not yet expired.
