Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – DAS Common Ground

The Municipality of Utrecht is active in the Common Ground movement and is taking significant steps in this area - in line with the Common Ground Community. In anticipation of a formal national collaboration, the Municipality of Utrecht requires IT partners to further develop Common Ground and manage the ready components. The municipality of Utrecht, together with a few other cities, is a leader in the development of Common Ground (more information can be found at https://commonground.nl/ of the VNG). Part of this development involves configuring, developing, managing, and deploying community components with the market. This will be done according to the common dev-ops method. The development of the community on the Common Ground Components and the components themselves are still under development. During this process, the Municipality of Utrecht will establish a DAS (dynamic procurement system) for these contracts, to collaborate with IT partners from the market.
