The subject of the contract is: Comprehensive insurance for the Independent Public Health Care Institution in Przeworsk. 2. Type of contract: service. 3. The subject of the contract is classified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary with the CPV code: 66510000-8 - insurance services, 66515000-3 - insurance services for damage or loss, 66516000-0 - civil liability insurance services, 66516100-1 - motor vehicle civil liability insurance services, 66514110-0 - motor vehicle insurance services, 66512100-3 insurance services for the consequences of accidents. 4. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts. The insurance covers: Part I: Property insurance a) All-risk property insurance Part II: Liability insurance a) Compulsory civil liability insurance for entities carrying out medical activities, b) Voluntary civil liability insurance for damages caused to a third party as a result of providing health services or unlawful failure to provide health services in connection with the performance of medical activities, c) Voluntary civil liability insurance for damages caused to a third party due to the conducted activity and the property held. Part III: Transport insurance a) Compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners (OC ppm.), b) Auto casco insurance (AC+ASS), c) Insurance for the consequences of accidents to the driver and passengers (NNW), 5. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of applying the right of option. 7. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the pzp, up to 15% for property insurance Part I.
