The subject of this contract is the provision of the service for drafting the basic and executive project for the reorganisation of the current motorcycle circuit, with the aim of converting it into a training and practice area for the Institut de Seguretat Pública de Catalunya. The scope of the project will include the following spaces: - Excarcellation practice zone - aquaplanning area - training area for five sections for police and for three sections of firefighters - Zone for handcuffing practice - River zone for training and practice of rural agents - Parking zone - Parking zone for bicycles and electric scooters with electric charging point.
