Italy – Urban solid-refuse collection services – Gara europea a procedura aperta, ai sensi degli artt. 70 e 71 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, per l'affidamento del servizio integrato di igiene urbana sul territorio comunale per la durata di anni due, con il criterio dell'offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo ex art. 108, commi 2 e 4, del D.Lgs. 36/2023.

Award of the integrated urban hygiene service on the territory of the Municipality of Sant'Agnello for a period of two years: separate collection and transport of urban waste, street sweeping and washing, management of the collection centre and related services, in compliance with the CAM of the D.M. MASE 7 April 2025. Contract not divided into lots, as it concerns organically unitary and non-fractionable activities. The possibility of a technical extension is foreseen in accordance with Article 120, paragraph 11, of Legislative Decree 36/2023 for a maximum of 12 months.
