The Contractor may therefore submit an offer for one, several or all tasks (parts). 3. In accordance with Article 6d paragraph 3 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024 item 399 as amended), the public contract is awarded separately for 7 tasks (parts) relating respectively to: Sector I: part 1 (task 1); part 2 (task 2); Sector II part 3 (task 3); part 4 (task 4); Waste from PSZOK part 5 (task 5); part 6 (task 6); part 7 (task 7); The area of Sector I and Sector II was defined by Resolution No. XXIX/399/2013 of the Municipal Council of Wieliczka of 8 March 2013 on the division of the municipality of Wieliczka into Sectors for the purpose of organising the collection of municipal waste from property owners where the residents live. 4. The Purchaser allows the possibility of implementing the subject of the order using a transhipment station, as referred to in Article 23 paragraph 10 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587 as amended), for which, inter alia, a decision on the collection of precipitation is required. In such a case, the Purchaser requires the Contractor to provide information (specified in point 18 of the SWZ) regarding the installation in which the waste will be processed. The Contractor, for example, may have a transhipment station located in the area of the Municipal Gmina Kraków and then tranship and transport the waste to a processing installation in the possession of another entity. 5. It is also possible for the Contractor to manage part of the waste using a transhipment station within the framework of individual tasks and the remaining amount of waste using a recovery facility. In such a situation, it is required that the transhipment station and the recovery facility are located at the same address. 6. Note! The Purchaser requires that the recovery facilities or transhipment stations are located no further than 30 km as the crow flies between the building of the City Office of Wieliczka located in Wieliczka at ul. Powstania Warszawskiego 1, and the entrance gate to the Contractor's facility. The Contractor is obliged to determine this distance using the google maps tool and it will be one of the criteria for evaluating offers as referred to in point 13 of the present SWZ. In the event that the distance is greater than the maximum, the offer will be rejected under Article 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
