Framework agreement for building design (architecture) for all maintenance and renovation projects of existing buildings on the site of the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2 years fixed term + 2 years extension option). The service phases of the individual orders partly comprise all HOAI service phases. In some cases, only the later service phases LPH 5-8 (starting with the execution planning) will be commissioned. A phased commissioning is planned in each case, where the optional phased commissioning can be carried out in full or in part. Four framework partners will be bound with the framework agreement. Commissioning with an individual contract will be done on an alternating basis in case of need (without a new tendering procedure [= no "mini-competitions"]). The framework partners will thus be commissioned with each fourth individual order. The public contracting authority will ensure an overall economically equivalent commissioning of the framework partners for the duration of the contract term. Deviating from this, individual orders for building design (architecture) with a net cost of individual volume of 1.5 million EUR or more will be awarded in mini-competitions according to § 21 Abs. 5 VgV between the framework partners. The conditions of the mini-competitions and the award criteria for the individual orders are listed in the tender documents "Procedure conditions for individual orders - Invitation to tender". The minimum and maximum total fees for the possible individual orders for the advertised framework agreements for the up to 4-year term of the framework agreement for building design: ? minimum order value EUR 5,000.00 net. Maximum order volume over 4 years EUR 5,000,000.00 net plus VAT.
