Finland – Dental and subspecialty instruments and devices – Suun terveydenhuollon tarvikkeet ja tarveaineet Vankiterveydenhuollon yksikön ja Vanhan Vaasan sairaalan hammashoitoloihin

The subject of the procurement is Dental care products and supplies for the Dental clinics of the Prison Health Care (VTH) and the Vanhan Vaasan Hospital (VVS). The Prison Health Care unit acts as the publisher of the joint procurement tender. The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas: 1. Asepsis 2. Root Canal Treatment 3. Restorative Dentistry Supplies 4. Protection 5. Prophylaxis, impression materials and supplies, imaging 6. Instrument Care. A more detailed list of the products and requirements for each sub-area is in the price annexes 1-6 (product groups) of the tender. The bidder may offer one or more sub-areas (product groups). Based on the tender competition, a framework agreement will be established among the selected suppliers. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months. After that, the buyer has the possibility to extend the agreement with two (2) consecutive one (1) year extension options. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 250 000 euros (VAT 0%). The estimated value is calculated based on the estimated costs of the procurement for four (4) years. The estimated value is a non-binding estimate. The contract does not include a purchase obligation.
