The SWN Stadtwerke Neumünster GmbH plans to construct a central logistics hub to ensure the future-proof supply of materials, tools, and spare parts for its network and power plant operations. The aim is to create a modern, efficiently organised warehouse and distribution centre that guarantees supply security for all technical departments, - digitally maps processes and enables automated material flows, - integrates sustainable building and energy solutions, - anchors occupational and environmental safety at current best-practice level.

- Central warehouse of Stadtwerke Neumünster,

- High-bay warehouse up to 7.50 m storage height,

- Small parts storage on level 2,

- Covered open storage area,

- Office space, changing rooms, small conference room

Building dimensions: approx. 55 x 49 m external dimensions, incl. covered outdoor area, max. height 10.40 m (attic)
