Establishment of gigabit-capable connections (at least 1 Gigabit/s symmetrical per address point under peak load conditions) in accordance with No. 3.1 of the Directive "Promotion to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany" of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport of 31.03.2023 in the version of the 2nd amendment of 13.01.2025 (Gigabit Directive 2.0) in the district of Wittenberg in previously underserved areas of the towns of Coswig (Anhalt) and Kemberg as well as the Lutherstadt Wittenberg, - Ensuring 84 months of network operation after completion of the construction phase
