France – Electricity supplies – 26N0049-FOURNITURE ET ACHEMINEMENT D'ELECTRICITE ET DE GAZ NATUREL

This consultation is launched under the procedure: Open tender - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. It concerns the supply and delivery of electricity and natural gas to the members of the purchasing group, of which the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolitan Authority is the coordinator, according to the following schedule: ELECTRICITY: PURCHASE PLAN (4 years): 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 SUPPLY (3 years): 2028, 2029, 2030 GAS: PURCHASE PLAN (4 years): 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 SUPPLY (4 years): 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030 The following services must be provided to each concerned member of the group: • the complete supply of energy (electricity, natural gas) to the delivery points of the concerned group members, • the role of balance responsible/sender associated with energy (electricity, natural gas) consumption at the delivery points of the concerned members, • access to and use of public transport and distribution networks (under a single contract), • ancillary services to the missions of the Distribution System Operator (DSO) gathered in the catalogue of services of this DSO, • all services defined in the present CCAP and CCTP. The contractor will carry out all the services in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents. Each member is responsible for the proper execution of the contract for its own delivery point perimeter.
