The Contract relates, on the one hand, to the design of the play and/or sports area and, on the other hand, to the supply, installation and maintenance of sports and play equipment for the Municipality of Rotterdam. The Contractor must be able to supply the following types of equipment and Play Guidance: -Play equipment. -Fitness & Calisthenics equipment. Sports equipment to train endurance, balance, strength and mobility. -Specials. These are play or sports equipment that are not in the catalogue and have to be specially made. These can be variants of existing equipment or newly designed equipment. -Urban sport (such as free run-, skate, calisthenics, panna, pumptracks, bmx etc.). The Contractor must be able to design and supply these urban sport facilities when they are part of an integral layout of a play and/or sports location. -Court sports equipment, such as football, basketball, volleyball, (table) tennis, etc). -Play Guidance, think here of a tree trunk, edges, relief, marking, drainpipes, willow tipis, tunnels etc. The Purchasing Authority intends to conclude an agreement with a maximum of five (5) Contractors. The total volume of the Contract amounts to approximately €3,500,000 per year. The start date of the Agreement is expected to be 1 December 2026. The initial duration of the Agreement is two (2) years, after which the Agreement can be extended for a maximum of two (2) times for a duration of one (1) year.
