The subject of this tender is the supply and installation of ventilation systems in Dormagen. More specifically, it involves the supply and installation of 3 ventilation units in the new building and the construction of the associated distribution network from the roof to the basement. In addition, the air supply concept via ventilation ceilings and outlets is to be implemented, a kitchen ventilation system is to be installed, and decentralised ventilation units for classroom ventilation are to be supplied and installed in the old building. Background: Due to the increased care needs of full-day students, the city of Dormagen intends to expand the St. Nikolaus-Schule in Stürzelberg by a two-storey extension to the OGS building and by the conversion of the existing OGS building, and to make it more future-proof. Furthermore, a new sports hall is to be built and the schoolyard, including the necessary sewer renovations, is to be redesigned. For the implementation, the existing sports hall, which is still available, is to be dismantled first. The city of Dormagen aims to optimise the construction project economically and to implement it with maximum cost and schedule reliability. The implementation on site will be carried out in sections.
