The subject of this procurement is the 2nd construction phase with the project title "Preparation of the concentration of locations from Aerzen to Rinteln" - specifically, it concerns the preparation of the concentration of locations through the renovation and restructuring of the north wing at the Rinteln clinic location. The Burghof-Klinik operates as a specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy, facilities for the treatment of mental illnesses at the locations Rinteln, Stadthagen and Aerzen. As part of a concentration of locations, the operation is to be centrally bundled at the main location in the former district hospital Rinteln (Virchowstraße 5/9, 31737 Rinteln) in the future. After the completion of the 1st construction phase (patient operation since August 2019), the further implementation will take place in two construction phases. The 2nd construction phase, which is being tendered here, includes exclusively the north wing of the existing building and forms the preparation for the later complete concentration of locations in the 3rd construction phase (east, south and west wing as well as kitchen, separate procedure).
