1. The subject of the present tender procedure is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables (hereinafter referred to as the goods) with the lease of an analyser for POCT tests and a refrigerator (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease), in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price and Quantity Form, Annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form, Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Technical Parameters, Annex 1a to the SWZ. 2. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify the Contractor whose offer is the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the Contractor carrying out a site visit.
