This contract involves periodic deliveries of food products for the needs of Directorate "Maritsa" at the address: Plovdiv, "Severen" district, "Polkovnik Bonev" St. No. 27. Deliveries must be made in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 6 of 10.08.2011 on the healthy nutrition of children aged 3 to 7 in kindergartens, Ordinance No. 2 of 20.01.2021 on the specific requirements for the safety and quality of food offered in kindergartens, school canteens and retail outlets on school and kindergarten premises, as well as for food offered at organized events for children and students, issued by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forests. Separate positions: - OP No. 1 "Deliveries of fresh fruits and vegetables" - OP No. 2 "Deliveries of canned and packaged fruit and vegetable products" - OP No. 3 "Deliveries of milk and dairy products" - OP No. 4 "Deliveries of meat and meat products, eggs and fish" This contract also includes four separate positions, which, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, will be awarded in the order provided for their individual value – through the conclusion of direct contracts. The total value of the directly awarded positions does not exceed 20% of the value of the contract, which is why OP No. 5 to OP No. 8 will be awarded directly pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The positions are: - OP No. 5 "Deliveries of fermented milk products according to Appendix No. 1v to Article 14, paragraph 1 of the NFISPUO – support the nutrition of children from preparatory groups"; - OP No. 6 "Deliveries of food products produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and acts implementing it"; - OP No. 7 "Deliveries of bread and kozunak"; - OP No. 8 "Deliveries of gluten and lactose-free food".
