The subject of the contract is the delivery of instruments - the purchase of pianos for the needs of the Academy of Music in Krakow named after Krzysztof Penderecki - a procedure divided into 6 parts. 2. The order includes all activities related to the implementation of deliveries, including: a. Delivery of instruments, b. Ensuring the transport of instruments to the place indicated in the order documents, c. Delivery of instruments, d. Provision of complete manufacturer documentation, e. Provision of warranty for delivered instruments – the contractor will provide the ordering party with a 24-month warranty for the instruments covered by the delivery.
