Czechia – Construction work – ZELENOMODRÉ CENTRUM JAROMĚŘE – REALIZACE

The subject of the public contract is the selection of a contractor for construction works involving the reconstruction and revitalisation of the historic city centre of Jaroměř, including the streets Sladovna, Kostelní, V Zahradách (part of the street), Havlíčkova, nám. Československé armády, Komenského and Na Valech (parts of the street, both local roads and the I/33 highway), as defined in the project documentation. The realisation of the project, and thus the subject of the public contract, is funded by the Zadavatel from the grant support of the IROP – Green Infrastructure – SC 2.2 (ITI) programme provided by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The subject of the public contract must be carried out and fulfilled in accordance with the conditions for granting the grant, which the selected supplier will also be obliged to comply with during the performance of the public contract. The Zadavatel states, to eliminate any doubt, that if the tendering conditions contain a reference to certain suppliers or products, the supplier is entitled to offer an alternative equivalent solution.
