Bulgaria – Electricity distribution and related services – „Доставка на електрическа енергия и избор на координатор на балансираща група за нуждите на Столична община – район „Панчарево“ и прилежащите й административни сгради/обекти“

The subject of this public procurement is the supply (sale) of electrical energy and the performance of the balancing group coordinator's obligations for the needs of Sofia Municipality – Pancharevo District and the full administration of the information flow with ESO EAD and the assumption of the costs for imbalances for the objects of Sofia Municipality – Pancharevo District and its adjacent administrative buildings/objects. Supply of the necessary forecasted quantities of net active electrical energy for all tariff zones (peak, daytime and nighttime). The forecasted quantity for the contract period is 1180 megawatt-hours (1180 MW) of net active electrical energy. The forecasted quantity for electricity consumption in no way obliges the contracting authority to consume it, nor does it in any way limit the contracting authority's consumption within its limits, as the required quantity of electricity is delivered for the day, for the month and for the entire contract period. For the duration of the contract, the contracting authority has the right to make changes to the objects (removal or addition of an object), while reserving the right to change the forecasted quantity in a positive or negative direction according to the arising need. In the event that during the term of the contract a municipal company - trader in electrical energy is established by Sofia Municipality the contract shall be terminated prematurely.
