Bulgaria – Passenger cars – Доставка и гаранционно обслужване на автомобили по две обособени позиции

Delivery and warranty maintenance of vehicles in two separate lots:

Lot 1: Delivery and warranty maintenance of 1 high-mobility light vehicle (6 + 1 seats)

Lot 2: Delivery and warranty maintenance of 3 light vehicles (4 + 1 seats)

The financing of the current public procurement will be ensured as follows:

Lot 1 - The financing of Lot 1 will be ensured by funds from project BG65AMPR1-1.003 "Creation of alternative social services for unaccompanied refugee children in Bulgaria", under administrative agreement for the provision of grant assistance No. 812108 - 31 of 20.06.2025, under procedure BG65AMPR1-1.003 Procedure No. 3: Specific Objective 1 "Common European Asylum System", Specific Objective 2 "Legal Migration and Integration" under the Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration (FAMI) 2021 – 2027.

Lot 2 - The financing of Lot 2 will be carried out under project “Delivery of Vehicles, Eurdac and CAFIS stations for the needs of the DAB at MS”, with registration number BG65AMPR001-1.004-0002-C01, under Procedure No. 2, Specific Objective 1 "Common European Asylum System" and Specific Objective 3 "Return", financed under the Programme of the Republic of Bulgaria under the Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration 2021–2027 (FAMI), procedure code BG65AMPR001-1.004, Administrative Agreement for Grant Assistance No. 812108-17/26.05.2026.

Delivery period and method: The delivery period may not exceed 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days for both lots. The warranty period for the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer for end users, may not be less than 60 (sixty) months or 150,000 km mileage, from the date of the bilateral signed protocol for vehicle registration in KAT; Registration in KAT must be completed within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, with which the delivery is certified.
