2M-IT Oy operates on an in-house principle and procures and produces ICT solutions and services for its owner-customers as their central and joint procurement unit. The owner-customer, Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue (the ultimate customer, "Ultimate Customer"), together with 2M-IT Oy, has initiated a competitive dialogue through a procurement notice and invitation to participate, the subject of which are the licenses and usage rights (”Technology Licenses”) for an ERP system (”Technology”) produced as a SaaS service from the functional sub-areas of finance, logistics, and procurement, as well as the delimited additional services directly related to the Technology, which will be specified during the procurement process, such as expert, support, product, interface, cybersecurity, usage rights, technical environment, or continuity assurance services to the extent that they relate directly to the use, management, maintenance, or development during the contract period of the offered SaaS technology. 2M-IT Oy, as the procurement unit, will own the procured Technology Licenses. In the TALOHA ERP program, two procurements will be implemented: the procurement of technology-related licenses and the procurement of a system integrator. The competitive tendering related to this procurement notice and invitation to participate will first implement the procurement of technology licenses, and it is specifically targeted at technology providers.
