The service subject to this consultation is a hosting, maintenance and operation (MCO) and development service for the Thémis Règles module. The Thémis Règles module is responsible for applying complex business rules with the aim of determining the most likely journeys for each sales transaction. To do this, the Thémis Règles module will rely on the TER Tariff Codes database and the SNCF (PIV) journey calculator. It is based on DROOLS technology to develop functionalities related to the implementation of a rules engine capable of calculating, from a sales transaction, the most likely journey(s) in order to allocate them to a financial account.
