Poland – Road-repair works – RDW w Chełmie. Remont drogi wojewódzkiej Nr 843 Chełm – Kraśniczyn – Zamość od km 14+100 do km 15+400 – Etap I od km 14+100 do km 15+210

The existing county road no. 843 Chełm – Kraśniczyn – Zamość from km 14+100 to km 15+210 is a class Z road. The section designated for repair has a semi-urban and urban cross-section with a raised curb, as well as a trail cross-section with a ground shoulder. The section designated for repair (width approx. 6.0 m) has a bituminous surface in poor technical condition due to long-term use, which requires urgent repair work. It has fatigue cracking in a grid and longitudinal pattern, thermal cracking, permanent deformations (unevenness) of a plastic and structural nature, and patches from repairs to surface fragments, and lacks preserved normative parameters. The existing edge of the surface is locally crushed and has defects in the construction layers. The existing shoulders are deformed and hinder the proper drainage of rainwater. 2. The scope of work includes, among others: - Surveying works. - Corrective milling of the bituminous surface up to 4.0 cm, - Reconstruction of the structure on the existing edge of the carriageway: • Frost protection layer of cement-bound mixture C1,5/2 22 cm thick, • Base course of unbound mixture C90/3 with grading 0/31,5 mm 20 cm thick, • Main base course AC 16P 10 cm thick, - Mechanical cleaning of the surface and interlayer sealing with asphalt emulsion. - Execution of a wearing course of mineral-asphalt mixture AC 11S 5 cm thick. - Vertical adjustment to the new surface of existing entrances with a bituminous surface with mineral-asphalt mass within the roadway. - Vertical adjustment to the new surface of existing entrances with an unpaved surface with 0-31,5 mm aggregate or bituminous destruct within the roadway. - Vertical adjustment to the new surface of existing entrances with a cobblestone surface within the roadway. - Shoulders of asphalt destruct/0-31,5 mm aggregate 1.0 m wide and 10 cm thick. - Repair of the existing culvert fi 1000. - Restoration of horizontal marking. 3. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers - detailed justification can be found in the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority provides for the requirements indicated in art. 95 para. 1 in terms of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point XXVI.1. SWZ. 6. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 of the Pzp, will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer was most highly evaluated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the procedure. 7. Contract execution period - 2 months from the date of signing the contract. 8. Offer binding period - 21.11.2026. 9. The contracting authority provides for the invalidation of the procedure pursuant to art. 257 Pzp, if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the contract have not been granted to it.
