France – Health and safety consultancy services – MISSIONS DE COORDONNATEUR SÉCURITÉ ET PROTECTION DE LA SANTÉ DANS LE CADRE DES OPERATIONS DE TRAVAUX DE REHABILITATION, DEMOLITION, CONSTRUCTION, AMENAGEMENT OU ENTRETIEN DU PATRIMOINE DE LA FABRIQUE DES QUARTIERS

The subject of the present contract is the provision of the following services: Coordination of Safety and Health Protection (CSPS) tasks related to rehabilitation, demolition, construction, development or maintenance of the heritage of La fabrique des quartiers. The coordinator will intervene under the conditions set by Articles L. 4211-1 and 2, L. 4531-1 to 3, L. 4532-1 to 18 and R. 4532-1 to 4533-7 of the Labour Code, as well as the provisions of the present contract. The coordinator's intervention aims to carry out the tasks defined in the present DCE relating to the design and implementation phases (design phase for all buildings and implementation phase, including demolition and asbestos removal).
