Poland – Refuse collection services – „Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Miasta Sulejówek”

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste originating from the area of the City of Sulejówek. The service includes: 1) collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste from properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sulejówek, 2) organisation and operation of a stationary Selective Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK, including the acceptance of waste delivered by residents of occupied properties, collected selectively, along with their subsequent transport and disposal, 3) collection, transport, and neutralisation of waste with code 20 01 32 from pharmacies in the area of the City of Sulejówek. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. The awarding of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7), will involve the repetition of services that are the subject of the original contract, i.e. the collection, transport, and disposal of municipal waste originating from the area of the City of Sulejówek. The expected size of the contract is up to 16 897 Mg. The contracting authority envisages awarding a contract up to 20,353,625.92 zł net. The awarded contract will be implemented on the basis of the main agreement.
