The University Hospital Tübingen (tba) intends to procure articles and materials for supply technology for the coming years through an open EU-wide tendering procedure. The aim is to ensure flexible, demand-oriented delivery of current articles and materials in the supply technology category. The procurement will be made through a discounted pricing model based on the manufacturer's price (UVP) to enable continuous adjustments to market availability and current articles and materials from the manufacturers. The demand estimate is based on a 2-year consumption analysis. The award will be made according to a fixed evaluation system that takes into account not only the price but also additional services.
