The present notice concerns the general overhaul of 4 moving walkways, brand Thyssen ORINOCO FS 985, over a maximum period of 30 months. The services to be carried out are divided into basic services (PB) to be carried out systematically on each moving walkway and additional services (PC) to be carried out depending on the condition of the equipment and at the request of the RATP. The work carried out must comply with the applicable standards (regulatory, normative and safety requirements, mechanical escalator standards, decree for ERP). The objective is to address the mechanical wear of certain parts, and to reduce the number of failures of these equipment. The general overhaul includes the following basic and/or additional services (non-exhaustive list): • The supply and installation of the site layout, including the site information panels according to the current RATP communication, as of today it is the IG 480 (see annex); • The overhaul of the tension carriage including all related assemblies (springs, sliding rollers, threaded rods, support roller, bearing, etc.); • The overhaul of all brakes (linings, coils of FF and FA if present), the measurement of stopping distance and the torque measurement; • The replacement of the pallet chain (including adjustment and lubrication); • The removal and reinstallation of the pallet mat (with or without replacement of the mat); • The overhaul of the/each GMR (including oil change/transfer box refill, coupling, etc.) • The adjustment of the rails / alignment + measurement of the entire assembly; • The replacement of the combs, comb screws + washers and compression spring plate comb holder + shaft; • The replacement of the secondary shaft drive chain (including installation of junction link and elbow link) ; • The removal / reinstallation of the pulleys and the exchange of the bearings; • The treatment of waste, as well as its tracking (BSD) (RATP valuation); • The supply of a DOE in accordance with RATP's expectations; • The carrying out of 4 post-commissioning control visits (detailed desired controls + lubrication of chains) The services to be carried out are detailed in the Technical and Particular Conditions Book (CCTP) and its annexes.
