The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of upgrades, optimisation and comprehensive technical support for APIS - the Academic Business System of the University of Ljubljana. The procurement includes regular maintenance and updates of the licensed environment (SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, SAC, BTP and SAP HANA), the implementation of ad-hoc analytical reports and system adjustments due to legal changes (including the integration of Študentski domovi Ljubljana). The aim is to ensure secure, robust and stable operation of the entire information environment and support the university's digital transformation.
