Framework agreement for current repair works to the facade, interior constructions and interior sanitary, thermal, electrical, drainage and hydrant installations at Pavilion A of Barracks 2817, Buzau. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification regarding the implementation of the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016.
