Poland – Workshop equipment – Dostawa sprzętu dla Warsztatów Lotniczych w 2026 roku

1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of new, specialist workshop equipment for aviation technology in the assortment and quantities specified in the Price Form, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority has divided the subject of the procurement into 3 parts (tasks), in accordance with the Price Form, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority requires the submission of the subject evidence means indicated in Section IV of the SWZ along with the tender. 4. The contracting authority does not envisage the use of the option right. 5. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the procurement procedure, if the public funds, which the contracting authority intends to allocate for the financing of the procurement, are not granted to it. 6. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the procurement are specified in the Draft Contract Terms, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. 7. The contracting authority informs that, pursuant to Article 126(1) of the Pzp, before choosing the most advantageous tender, it will call the Contractor, whose tender was the highest rated in the procedure, to submit, within a specified period, not shorter than 10 days, current subject evidence means indicated in the procurement documents. 8. The contractor's tender must include the documents specified in the Specification of Procurement Conditions. 9. The contractor submits the tender via the e-procurement platform. 10. The method of tender submission is described in the procurement documents. 11. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a bid bond in this procedure. 13. The contracting authority requires the submission of a contract performance guarantee described in the SWZ in this procedure.
