France – Cleaning products – Achat de produits d'entretien d'hygiène et matériel de nettoyage

This consultation concerns the purchase of various cleaning products and new cleaning technology equipment, hygiene products and wadding, cleaning materials, microfibres and plastic accessories, single-use catering items, disinfection products for premises and collective catering equipment and maintenance products for sports facilities. This framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services; it is executed as orders are placed by the contracting authority. Place(s) of performance: Direction des moyens généraux Toulouse Métropole - 5 chemin de Perpignan - 31100 Toulouse - 350 services of Toulouse Métropole and the Mairie de Toulouse- The municipalities and CCAS members of the group 31000 Toulouse. The services are divided into 7 LOTS 01 Various cleaning products 02 Cleaning materials, microfibres and accessories 03 Wadding 04 Cleaning products for washing ovens in the central kitchen 05 Cleaning products for soaking (pans, plates...) in the central kitchen 06 Single-use catering items 07 Specific maintenance products for gyms and swimming pools. Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. Candidates may submit tenders for all lots. This consultation is carried out as part of a purchasing group in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following bodies: Toulouse Metropole, Ville de Toulouse and other municipalities and CCAS listed in the RC. The coordinator of the purchasing group is: TOULOUSE METROPOLE. It will be responsible for awarding the framework agreement. Each member of the group will have to sign, notify and monitor the performance of the framework agreement. The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders.
