The subject of the order is the delivery of recombinant coagulation factor VIII concentrate, minimum of the second generation, for the purpose of ensuring the continuity of treatment for patients with haemophilia A - hereinafter "coagulation factor", of the availability category Rp or Rpz, to the direct recipients - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centres (hereinafter RCKiK) indicated by the National Blood Centre (hereinafter NCK) or another authorized entity, on the terms specified in the tender documentation.
