The aim of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with a tenderer for the performance of tasks arising from the Act on Occupational Physicians, Safety Engineers and Other Specialists in Occupational Safety (Occupational Safety Act – ASiG), the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Ordinance on Occupational Medical Services, and the Accident Prevention Regulations DGUV Regulation 1 and 2, as well as the relevant fire safety regulations.
