Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of the Project Management service entitled: Construction of the Gryfice Bypass – connection of provincial roads No. 110 and 105 with 109 – Phase II. 2. The service includes: 1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project; 2) performance of investor supervision and control over the execution of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and the concluded construction contract; 3) actions aimed at the timely execution of construction works; 4) documentation of the progress of the works; 5) fulfillment of reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager; 6) exercise of author's supervision in accordance with art. 20 sec. 1 point 4 of the Construction Law of 7 July 1994, in the form of visits to the place of work, as well as works carried out at the seat of the Contractor. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Section C “Description of the subject of the contract” and D “Contract Project”. 3. The scope of the construction works includes the construction of the Gryfice bypass – the connection of provincial roads 110 and 105 with provincial road 109 with a length of approx. 5.385 km. The beginning of the bypass at km 0+000.00 is the intersection with provincial road 110 - connection with the existing roundabout named after the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The end of the bypass at km 5+385 will be connected to provincial road 109 using a roundabout intersection. The route of the road will run along the south-western side of Gryfice, through forest areas, wastelands and arable fields. The scope of the construction works includes, inter alia: 1) preparatory works, 2) removal of interfering trees and shrubs, 3) earthworks, 4) strengthening the subsoil, 5) construction of the bypass for vehicular traffic, 6) construction of roundabouts, 7) installation of acoustic screens, 8) construction of a pedestrian and cycle path (within the scope of the designed intersections), 9) reconstruction of exits, 10) construction of a viaduct over the narrow-gauge railway at km 1+910.23, 11) construction of a viaduct over the PKP railway line at km 4+003.37, 12) reconstruction of interfering reinforcement, 13) construction of retention and infiltration retention tanks, 14) reconstruction of water facilities, 15) construction of lighting, 16) construction of a technological canal, 17) construction of culverts, 18) humus application with sowing of grass, 19) compensatory planting, 20) execution of horizontal and vertical marking. 4. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. from free hand, as referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act – Public Procurement Law. 1) The value of the services is set at up to the amount of 400,000.00 PLN net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the main contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services. 2) For the calculation of the net remuneration of contracts, as referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act, (for project management and investor supervision) the Contracting Authority may, as an auxiliary, use the following formula: Net remuneration of the Contractor = R x Wu : Wk; R – net remuneration, as referred to in § 3 sec. 2 of the contract; Wu – the net value of the remuneration of the contract awarded to the Contractor for Works on the basis of art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act, the supervision of which is concerned; Wk – the net value of the remuneration of the Contractor for Works resulting from the main contract; 3) In the scope of exercising author's supervision, for the calculation of the net remuneration of contracts, as referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Act, the Contracting Authority will use the unit prices from the main contract. 4) The basis for determining the conditions for the implementation of a similar contract is the main contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of the implementation of the contract. 6. The subject matter of the task is envisaged for co-financing from the Government Road Development Fund: ROAD PROGRAMME.
